1. Product Design & Variations
Our dumpling squishies are our own original versions inspired by popular and viral squishy designs. We do not claim affiliation with or endorsement from any official brand or creator.
Each item is randomly selected and may vary slightly in:
- color
- appearance
- texture
- accessories
- packaging
- minor design details
Because these are novelty and mystery-style products, slight differences from listing photos or promotional content are normal and are not considered defects.
2. Returns
2.1 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Customers must contact us before sending any return
- Items should be unused and in original packaging when possible
- Customers must provide the order number and reason for the return
Returns sent without approval may be refused.
2.2 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items arrive successfully.
Refunds are processed only after returned items are received and inspected.
2.3 Return Address
Approved returns must be sent to our return facility in Australia.
Please contact our support team first to receive the correct return address and return instructions before sending any package.
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
2.4 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or heavily used items
- Gift cards
- Digital/downloadable products
- Final sale items
- Items damaged through misuse

3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider or bank.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
3.2 Partial Refunds
In some situations, we may offer a partial refund without requiring a return to help resolve the issue quickly and conveniently.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Customers may instead request a return according to this policy.
6. Lost or Delivered Packages

- Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
- Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
- Delays caused by customs, carriers, or weather conditions
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly before requesting further assistance.

Customers agree to contact us first before opening a payment dispute or chargeback so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.
Chargebacks opened after a refund, replacement, or approved return process may be contested with supporting evidence.
